kembar dalam pasukannya. Contohnya, jurulatih

pasukan silat negara. Namun, ada bingung jika si

kembar menjadi anggota skuadnya, seperti dalam

pasukan bola sepak Piala Emas Raja-Raja.

berkata beliau tidak menghadapi masalah membezakan

antara Saifuddin dengan Saifullah Julaimi.

Weekends was awesome!! meet up with usual kakis for breakfast at

bugis Tong Seng.. but before that meet up with Jamyl aka Jesta Jay

to bukit merah to pay my bike installment and renew road tax..

Jamyl wanna survey some bike there and plan to get a bigger bike

and sell off his aprilla & gilera bike.. then this bike owner shop tryin

to be cute and hugs Jamyl from the back.. tahu la dier tu BESAR!!

haha.. and Jamyl tshirt had his oily hand marks on it!! haha..

the best part is, his wearing WHITE tshirt!! da member mangkok..

So company him to Queensway Shopping Center to get a new tshirt..

sanggup sungguh si gemok nie.. and so after gettin his stuff meet

BFF Divine at Far East Plaza.. while waiting for BFF bought myself a

iphone stuff which cost $40!! just a screen protector front

& back + casing.. and and BFF and i bought a new shoe!!

we enter the shop, grab the shoe, asked for the size and we wear it

right away!! haha kemarok siol!! cos its looked nice la dude..

at ION cos BFF wanna get high heels for raya..

and the both of us was in pain cos of the new shoe we get blister!!

cos Bro Habil drove his daddy's car.. breakfast at Tong Seng and

join us after breakfast at arab st.. after that BFF plan to go

rumah hantu near Adam Rd.. last last sampai sane tk masok..

diri luar rumah org lak.. smoke 1 stick of cigg and fcuk off..

they smoke la not me.. waste time je.. btw hows your Hari

Raya preparation?? i'm sure all u people lookin forward on it right..

Time check its 1.00am!! and what the hell am i still awake..
i suspose to be in my dreamlands by now.. after a hetic + tiring
training at bedok and travel all the way back to woodlands
at this time.. i should have enough rest for the next days..
i guess my body too tired and thats the reason why i cant sleep..
okay after this i promise i'll go to sleep k..

First and foremost i would like to congrats BFF!! for passing her
CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE on last monday with 10 point..
not bad for a first timer.. haha!! da tu bulan puase pun
tipu aku.. msg ckp FAIL.. geram je.. so no more
GILERA la nie.. rent car whenever wanna go out..
anyone of us can drive.. much more easiler for us.. =)
see u on saturday aite!! meeting up with usual kakis this weekend!!
after sooo looonggg tk kluar bersame-same.. rindu kalian semua deh..

okay then.. currently weight 68.8kg and i felt good with my body
now.. of course during training abit weak.. ade mcm sayur sikit..
this week is my last week of diet.. and after that break diet BUT
still have to maintain weight.. carb loading.. and today gym training
i looked myself in the mirror and i looked so small.. sharp face + lean
body.. not as usual saifuddin.. hahaha.. guess i've lose so much
of my weight.. but still target weight 67kg before HARI RAYA..
insya'allah.. amin!!

for your info i'm back in the national team..

training have been very tired!! only god knows how i felt..

lagi2 tgh diet lagi.. haiyoo.. currently weight 72kg..

from 74kg i've to be below 70kg as always..

target weight 68kg or 67kg before raya..

so that i manage to maintain for Pre Asia

Indoor Games which held on 3rd or 4th

day of raya!! can u believe that..

i have 1 more competition before Sea Games

which Asia Indoor Games.. so i guess there's still time

for me to train myself after a year plus

lose touch in silat.. skill i'm not so worried

about it but my FITNESS.. i get tired easily after a few

round running in the arena.. i guess due to my diet that

effect me.. but no to worry, still manageable..

hopefully by Sea Games i'm on my peak.. insya'allah..

on the other note i MISS my usual kakis!! BFF,

BENNY, AFIQ, HABIL and more!! not to forget EYLA,

ESHA, SYAHIN, FZL, RAIHAN da

sape2 lagi la.. ohh ya SQUAD 51 too!! hahaha..

my weekends was awesome!! had so much fun
at pulau ubin for cycling with the usual kakis..
but the weather kinda hot on that day..
lucky enough i never turn myself black!!.. lol

Having your heart broken could be the worst,

The pain is your chest, like a bomb up and burst.

Not knowing what could happen next,

The feeling of loneliness and confusion, it's so complex.

Finally i've change my blogskin!! well just a little update from me.. my weekends was awesome.. what we did was karaoke session at cash studio with the usual peeps.. pictures will update soon.. i promise.. after that meet my family members at kembangan for eating session.. so i ate 1 prata cheese and 1 prata tissue.. power dok! but before i meet them.. they were at east coast park for fruits hunting.. they actually bought the friuts and ate there.. they bought durians, mangosteen, rambutans and watever la.. never get the chance to eat durian.. hmph! and so i slept over my aunt's place at pasir ris and watch indonesian ghost movie.. and guess wat?? i slept at 4.30am!! haha.. till the show ended then i when to bed.. so when home at 11.30 watch tv and chill myself at home for today.. well till here then.. tomorrow start another week and its mean working time.. argh.. malas nye!!

okay people i'm back!! sorry for the late entry.. been busy for the last few weeks.. okay where should i start first.. hmm.. recently i just finished my silat competition and i won GOLD medal in cat class 'E' 65-70kg which is my usual cat whenever i compete in silat competition.. *clap hand*

defended my title back i guess.. haha.. syukur alhamdulillah for the winning as u guys know that my leg are still in recovery from the accident for the past 1 month ago.. yeah..

last friday when to DBLO with my peeps to support FREEKZY in Jim Beam All Star Hip Hop Dance Competition.. although they clinched 2nd runner up but they still rock the stage!! F's Up Nigga!! i'm sure i gonna dance back with them.. i'll be back FREEKZY!!

The three ingredients of love relationship are..

1. Attraction is the "chemistry" part of love. It's all about the physical -even sexual- interest that two people have in each other. i swear this show was awesome!! i should say 9 out of 10..

meet up at cineleisure with the rest of the squad..

but not all of them turned up cos some of them are on duty..

and the good news is we already bought the ticket via visa and

2 seats are empty.. lucky fazly saw his brother and his girlfriend there..

i'm back people!! and KL was awesome!!
i really enjoyed myself there.. the food, shopping, driving,

clubbing and more.. only four of us went there..

myself, lah, habil hakim and syed husaini..

stay at husaini apartment.. thanks for the

stay at your apartment bro..

lucky for us we don't need to rental hotel there..

borrow husaini's friend car for the trip..

and again lucky for us we don't need to take public transport there..

let's talk about the food there.. hmm.. husaini take us to

western food which the food is surperb!!

i ate Chicken Goldon Blue and the meal is so damn yummy!!

can you imagine when you cut the chicken, and there's cheese in it melting down on the plate.. *slurp* sedap kan.. hehe..

wokie next is "Nasi Ayam Garing".. heard any of this before?? no? wokie basically its same like nasi ayam but the ayam is garing.. surperb!! and indian food i ate Roti Naan Garlic Butter.. hehe.. last but not least Burger Ramli.. i think s'pore burger ramli still cant match with m'sia burger ramli.. *period*

shopping?? i fact didn't shopping much there.. mostly all

spent for food and patrol.. hahaha..

Passing Out Parade

finally after three months of training at home team

i'm out from there.. today was the officially passing out parade..

everyone was happy + nervous today..

everyone have to report back at hta by 0800 hrs..
at 0930 hrs is the last rehearsal before the actual parade..

had our last meal at the mess and headed back to barrack..

slept for 2 hrs and we have to stand by at 1545 hrs..

the parade start at 1630 hrs..

jyeah its like finally waiting 2 weeks for divine to

i know its been a while that i never update my blog due to no time and nothing to update.. and so here i am slacking at home cos i'm on MC for 3days.. can u imagine that.. i'm out from camp to stay home.. and guess wats my temperature?? 40.3'C!! thats the reason why they send me back home.. when to polyclinic just now to get my medicine.. i'm sure alot of things i miss out.. this week is the important week cos i have my drill test, swimming test and scenario base test.. argh! drill test and swimming test should not be a problem.. only the scenario base test.. i miss out the procedure with my OC squad..

on the other part last sunday jinz empire 1st batch meet up.. planned to play bowling but we cancel it.. so we chilled at esplanade exchanged stories, tell jokes and play games.. its have been a while that we havent been together..

fri nite meet up with my squadmate at kallang
for soccer match at the cage.. yup2 its was my

first time been there.. hehe.. =D
we booked the cage at 1am.. so me, my bro and faiz took

train there cos we dont own any transport..

but everyone was late on that nite.. so we extand the time

2am to 4am.. haha.. in the middle of the morning

we played soccer.. can u imagine that..
so i took some pictures before we played the game..

so we headed home at 4.3oam.. reached home at 5.15..

on saturday when to divine and sassyfella clean & clear contest at bugis.. reached there at 3.40 where the show already started 10min.. my bad for coming late ladies cos meet up my friend for some stuff.. the show was wokie nothing much interesting things happen.. so while waiting for the ladies turn on stage we camwhore..

so after the show we walked around bugis junction while waiting for divine to get change, had our dinner at tong seng & bugis street.. benny wanted to get himself a sleeveless shirt at bugis street, but to bad none of the shop there had any.. we headed to arab st for sheesha but before that we meet mantoh at golden landmark and proceed there.. and again we camwhore.. haha.. =D

on thursday get my gate pass from my OC squad

for my class 3 traffic police test.. so i skip my lunch and

headed back to my bunk to prepare myself for my TP test..

went off my camp at 1300hrs..

i reach at yio chu kang early at 1345.. where else my warm up

revision is at 1445.. so i take my own sweet time to ssdc

to calm myself down..

my warm up revision is super rabak.. hahaha.. =D

cos of the last two revision was burned!!

after my warm up waited at the testee room for the actual test..

at that second of time my heart beat super fast..

*only god know how fast it is*

so come to actual test i didn't do pretty well.. not so good.. =(

bla bla bla..

completed all of the test route went back to school..

followed my tester to the result room..

and again my heart beating faster till its feel like popping out..

i passed my class 3 licence!!

so we decided to break fast at nana thai restaurant..

but b4 that we camwhore jus to kill the time for break fast..

so esha suggested to chill at marina sq..

we played pool at marina sq.. me and azam team up..

worked at cruise today cos last sunday i'm not working there..

so have to work lor.. worked as per normal.. nothing much happen..

after that company mantoh to beach rd to bought his stuff

for tmr.. yeap for his army stuff.. abg2 masok camp kate kan..

tk lame lagi aku lak.. hehe.. 1st shop kena ketok with the aunty there..

tatol spent 43 bucks for jus a lil things.. haha.. nasib kau la man..

2nd shop the bro lots of theory lak.. explain every single thing on every item..

but i guess it worth la cos he explain everything..

after that we went to rp to meet benny and divine..

mantoh wanna meet them b4 serving the ns..

so we went to the library jus to kill the time..

i know it has been sooooooooo soooooooo long i'm
not updating my blog... the reason why because
i've been working night shift.. tired.. no lappy..
and etc...
yup.. i'm working as a rider now..
thats the reason why i'm not updating my blog...
new job kinda okay for me.. only my first few days..
i lost my way and i felt like crying.. whahaha...
other part of it i get the chance to ride a bike.. =]

monday outing with the team jahat plus mantoh..

the good thing is i've passed my ftt!!

yeah congrats to me.. morning went to
trail test before the final test.. well on the actual test
i'm the one who leave the room first.. hahaha..
baaiikkk.. left 7 practical lesson more and TP..
after my test meet divine at amk..
went to serangoon to meet rakib
and meet the rest at harbourfront..

planned to meet 1.30 at harbourfront..
janji melayu all arrived at 2.00 accept
for apish.. as usual lar kan.. we get the ticket
first while waiting for him to arrived.. take the train to
beach station and walk all the way to siloso...

and the bad thing is the weather there
cos its pretty cloudy... plan wanna tanned
but i guess its a wrong day.. find a good spot and
setup the place and get change.. we played
captain ball 4 by 4.. hahaha.. its was sooo tiring
played on sand rather on a solid ground..

just passed his car lisence on last thurs...

happy la kate kan... so we borrowed 4days

due to get his confident on the road...

everything was fine only when changing lane...

sat dance competition at bedok...

we manage to go thru the final...

but the sad news.. i cant dance with the crew on final...

due to i'm going holidays with my family to tioman...

cant update my blog... firstly every night dance practise for

JIM BEAM ALL STAR competition...

secondly i've nothing to update on my blog... haha...

pretty good and sad... the good thing is we

had a new dance move...

new dance routine and etc...

sad news is... we got to 2nd places...

yeah... but we're happy for that...

after the competition party as

went bedok sports hall to watch psk today...

argh! three days to the DANCE XPLOTION finals...
practice was really tiring... working on details, formation and marking...
and i felt sorry for freekzy aircho... i was suppose to flip over him...
but then i landed on him... he was doin invert and landed on top of him twice la seii... SHIT!! sorry bro!!

so people if u're free on sat evening do come down to pasir ris and support us...
