sorry for the late update people..
asik tgk blog din same je..
tk update2 ke.. mesti boring kan korg..
so yeah.. i'll update hokay.. well everything seem to
been fine.. just busy with some stuff..
for your info i'm back in the national team..
training have been very tired!! only god knows how i felt..
lagi2 tgh diet lagi.. haiyoo.. currently weight 72kg..
from 74kg i've to be below 70kg as always..
target weight 68kg or 67kg before raya..
so that i manage to maintain for Pre Asia
Indoor Games which held on 3rd or 4th
day of raya!! can u believe that..
i have 1 more competition before Sea Games
which Asia Indoor Games.. so i guess there's still time
for me to train myself after a year plus
lose touch in silat.. skill i'm not so worried
about it but my FITNESS.. i get tired easily after a few
round running in the arena.. i guess due to my diet that
effect me.. but no to worry, still manageable..
hopefully by Sea Games i'm on my peak.. insya'allah..
on the other note i MISS my usual kakis!! BFF,
BENNY, AFIQ, HABIL and more!! not to forget EYLA,
ESHA, SYAHIN, FZL, RAIHAN da
sape2 lagi la.. ohh ya SQUAD 51 too!! hahaha..
to much already cant remember all.. lol
meet up soon hokay!! thats the reason
why i'm busy people.. till here people.. nitez!!
